Pendulum Fusion

Build "Pendulum Fusion"—a one-page quantum phase estimation app for choreographers to discover dominant resonance phases in style fusion.

**CONSTRAINTS (read first):**
- FREE Lovable plan (~5 credits). ONE build message only. No scope creep.
- No auth, no Lovable Cloud, no database. Static site.
- One workspace page + small "About the quantum" footer strip.

**REAL QUANTUM (Quantinuum Guppy + Selene)—RUN AT BUILD TIME:**
1. In sandbox: `pip install guppylang selene-sim`
2. Create `quantum/kernel.py` with a real Guppy @guppy function implementing Quantum Phase Estimation (QPE). Kernel must estimate the dominant eigenphase of a problem operator over 16 unitaries (16 phases, each 0–2π). File must exist on disk (Guppy uses inspect.getsource).
3. Create `quantum/run.py`: import kernel, compile with Guppy, run on Selene emulator (≤8 qubits, 256 shots per unitary). Write results to `src/data/quantum-results.json` as array of `{input: <unitary_index>, output: {phase: <0-2π>}}` records.
4. Execute `quantum/run.py` once during build. Commit real Selene output to JSON. No Python at runtime (Cloudflare Workers limitation).

**FRONTEND (TanStack Start, route /):**
- Import `src/data/quantum-results.json` statically.
- **Workspace layout:** Use shadcn Card (left: unitary picker Tabs; center: phase visualization Canvas; right: phase dial Slider 0–2π).
- **Phase dial:** tied to selected record's phase output; Badge shows resonance match (0–100%).
- **"Quantum trace" disclosure (Collapsible):** display raw phase angle + toggle to inline-print `quantum/kernel.py` source so judges verify genuine QPE on Selene.
- **Design:** dark theme, single accent color (deep purple for dance), one typeface (Inter), tactile hover/click feedback on Tabs.

**BUILD ORDER (prevent scope creep):**
1. Scaffold quantum/ folder, write kernel.py (QPE, 8 qubits, 16 unitaries).
2. Write run.py, test locally, generate quantum-results.json.
3. Create src/data/quantum-results.json in repo.
4. Build React page: Card + Tabs (unitary picker) + Canvas (phase viz) + Slider (dial).
5. Add Collapsible "Quantum trace" with source viewer.
6. Style dark theme + accent color. Ship.

**Deliverable:** Single deploy. Every phase number traces to real Selene shot.

  - @guppy reads source via inspect.getsource → kernels MUST live in a real .py file on disk. No exec(), no REPL strings, no inline templates.
  - Allowed gate set ONLY: h, rx, ry, rz, cx, tgate, tdg. There is NO native ccx/toffoli, cswap, cphase, or crz — decompose using the snippets in [7].
  - Qubit ownership: a qubit passed to a function is moved. You MUST measure() or discard() every qubit exactly once; never reuse after measure.
  - Angle hygiene before baking a float into generated source:
        theta = ((theta + math.pi) % (2.0 * math.pi)) - math.pi
    and write it with repr: f"... {theta!r} ..."  (str(float) can truncate).
