Shotgun Drafting

Build "Shotgun Drafting"—a one-page choreography drafting app using real quantum sampling noise as creative seed.

**CONSTRAINTS (read first):**
- FREE Lovable plan (~5 credits). ONE build message only.
- No auth, no Lovable Cloud, no database. Static app.
- One workspace page + "About the quantum" footer strip.

**REAL QUANTUM (build-time only):**
1. pip install guppylang selene-sim in sandbox.
2. Create quantum/kernel.py: a @guppy parameterized circuit (8–20 qubits, ≤8 qubits for Selene) sampled for 256 shots, returning bitstring distribution as choreography seed noise. Must be a real .py file (Guppy reads via inspect.getsource).
3. Create quantum/run.py: import kernel, compile via selene_sim.build(), run_shots(256) over 8–20 representative inputs. Write src/data/quantum-results.json: array of {input, output} where output = raw kernel bitstring counts.
4. Execute quantum/run.py ONCE during build. Commit quantum-results.json. No Python at runtime.

**FRONTEND (TanStack Start, route /):**
- Import quantum-results.json statically.
- Layout: Card (left: input grid picker, 8–20 buttons), Card (center: live choreography visual morphing per bitstring), Button (right: "Regenerate" pulls next sample, animates morph).
- Use Slider for parameter sweep, Tabs for movement phases, Badge for shot counts.
- "Quantum trace" Collapsible at footer: show raw kernel output (bitstring counts) + toggle "View Guppy source" printing quantum/kernel.py inline.
- Dark theme, one accent color (deep purple or teal for dance), one typeface (Inter or Geist).
- Micro-interaction: fade + scale on input selection.

**BUILD ORDER (prevent scope creep):**
1. Write quantum/kernel.py (parameterized circuit, 8–20 inputs, Selene-compatible).
2. Write quantum/run.py (selene_sim.build, run_shots, JSON output).
3. Execute run.py; verify src/data/quantum-results.json exists.
4. Build React page: import JSON, render Cards + Slider + Collapsible.
5. Wire "Regenerate" button to cycle records.
6. Add Guppy source toggle in Collapsible.
7. Deploy.

**Deliverable:** Every number on screen = real Selene shot. Ship in one message.

  - @guppy reads source via inspect.getsource → kernels MUST live in a real .py file on disk. No exec(), no REPL strings, no inline templates.
  - Allowed gate set ONLY: h, rx, ry, rz, cx, tgate, tdg. There is NO native ccx/toffoli, cswap, cphase, or crz — decompose using the snippets in [7].
  - Qubit ownership: a qubit passed to a function is moved. You MUST measure() or discard() every qubit exactly once; never reuse after measure.
  - Angle hygiene before baking a float into generated source:
        theta = ((theta + math.pi) % (2.0 * math.pi)) - math.pi
    and write it with repr: f"... {theta!r} ..."  (str(float) can truncate).
