Dice Prep

Build "Dice Prep"—a one-page quantum-seeded film-prep workspace for Lovable FREE tier (~5 credits, ONE build message).

**QUANTUM (build-time only):**
1. pip install guppylang selene-sim in sandbox.
2. Create quantum/kernel.py: a parameterized Guppy circuit (8–20 qubits, real .py file). Circuit samples N shots, returns bitstring distribution as creative noise seed for festival-prep variations.
3. Create quantum/run.py: import @guppy kernel, compile via selene_sim.build(), run_shots(256 per input) over 8–20 representative inputs. Write src/data/quantum-results.json: array of {input, output} where output = raw kernel bitstring counts.
4. Execute quantum/run.py once at build; commit JSON. No Python at runtime.

**FRONTEND (TanStack Start, / route):**
- Import src/data/quantum-results.json statically.
- **Layout:** dark workspace (charcoal bg, one accent color: deep purple or teal for film mood).
  - **Left:** Card component listing 8–20 input labels (e.g., "Shot 1: Wide", "Shot 2: Close-up"). Slider or Tabs to pick active input.
  - **Center:** Badge + typography showing selected input name. Below: a visual grid (4×4 or 6×4) of small boxes, each colored by bitstring frequency from the JSON output. Refresh morphs colors smoothly (CSS transition).
  - **Right:** Button ("Regenerate") that picks next JSON record, triggers fade + recolor.
- **Bottom strip ("About the quantum"):** Collapsible Accordion. Inside: raw kernel output (bitstring counts) + "View Guppy source" toggle that inlines quantum/kernel.py code in a <pre> block.
- **Interaction:** Clicking input or "Regenerate" triggers 300ms fade, then color morph. One typeface (e.g., Inter).

**Deliverable:** Deploy where every on-screen number traces to real Selene output. Ship in one message.

**BUILD ORDER (prevent scope creep):**
1. Write quantum/kernel.py (parameterized circuit, 8–20 qubits).
2. Write quantum/run.py (selene_sim.build, run_shots, JSON write).
3. Execute quantum/run.py; verify src/data/quantum-results.json.
4. Build React page: Card (input picker) + visual grid + Accordion (trace).
5. Wire JSON import → state → UI. Test refresh.
6. Deploy.

  - @guppy reads source via inspect.getsource → kernels MUST live in a real .py file on disk. No exec(), no REPL strings, no inline templates.
  - Allowed gate set ONLY: h, rx, ry, rz, cx, tgate, tdg. There is NO native ccx/toffoli, cswap, cphase, or crz — decompose using the snippets in [7].
  - Qubit ownership: a qubit passed to a function is moved. You MUST measure() or discard() every qubit exactly once; never reuse after measure.
  - Angle hygiene before baking a float into generated source:
        theta = ((theta + math.pi) % (2.0 * math.pi)) - math.pi
    and write it with repr: f"... {theta!r} ..."  (str(float) can truncate).
