Pairwise Sync

Build "Pairwise Sync"—a one-page quantum music-sync app for videographers to compare candidates by quantum fidelity.

⚠️ BUDGET: Lovable FREE tier (~5 credits). Ship in ONE message. No auth, no database, no Lovable Cloud.

BUILD ORDER (follow exactly):
1. In sandbox: `pip install guppylang selene-sim`
2. Create `quantum/kernel.py`: a Guppy @guppy function implementing a 2-register SWAP-test kernel. Input: two amplitude-encoded vectors (each ≤4 qubits). Output: fidelity float in [0,1]. Must be a real .py file (Guppy reads via inspect.getsource).
3. Create `quantum/run.py`: import kernel, compile via selene_sim.build(), run 256 shots over a 10×10 grid (10 candidate × 10 reference vectors = 100 fidelities). Use selene_sim APIs: Quest, run_shots. Write results to `src/data/quantum-results.json` as array of {input, output} where output.fidelity is the real Selene result.
4. Execute `quantum/run.py` once during build. Commit `src/data/quantum-results.json` with real Selene output.
5. Frontend: TanStack Start, route `/`. Import JSON statically. Use shadcn/Tailwind: Card (left picker grid), Slider (reference selector), Tabs (candidate/reference), Badge (fidelity %), Button (closest match).
6. Layout: dark workspace. Left = 10×10 grid of Cards (each candidate×reference pair, clickable). Center = large Card showing selected fidelity as %. Right = Badge "Closest Match" + similarity bar.
7. Bottom strip: "About the quantum" disclosure. Show raw fidelity (0–1) for active record. Add toggle "View Guppy source" that inline-prints quantum/kernel.py contents so judges verify genuine SWAP test on Selene.
8. Micro-interaction: fade + scale on grid Card click.
9. Color: one accent (deep red/burgundy for film mood). One font family (Inter or Geist).
10. Deploy. Every number traces to real Selene shot.

Do NOT add: auth, database, Lovable Cloud, runtime Python, features beyond grid + fidelity display + source toggle.

  - @guppy reads source via inspect.getsource → kernels MUST live in a real .py file on disk. No exec(), no REPL strings, no inline templates.
  - Allowed gate set ONLY: h, rx, ry, rz, cx, tgate, tdg. There is NO native ccx/toffoli, cswap, cphase, or crz — decompose using the snippets in [7].
  - Qubit ownership: a qubit passed to a function is moved. You MUST measure() or discard() every qubit exactly once; never reuse after measure.
  - Angle hygiene before baking a float into generated source:
        theta = ((theta + math.pi) % (2.0 * math.pi)) - math.pi
    and write it with repr: f"... {theta!r} ..."  (str(float) can truncate).
