Scatter Scheduling

Build "Scatter Scheduling"—a one-page quantum-seeded rehearsal scheduler for choreographers.

CONSTRAINTS:
- FREE Lovable plan (~5 credits). ONE build message only.
- No auth, no database, no Lovable Cloud. Static app.
- One workspace page + "About the quantum" footer strip.

REAL QUANTUM (Guppy + Selene, build-time only):
1. pip install guppylang selene-sim in sandbox.
2. Create quantum/kernel.py: a parameterized @guppy circuit (8–20 qubits, real .py file on disk) sampled for 256 shots, returning bitstring distribution as scheduling noise seed.
3. Create quantum/run.py: import kernel, compile with guppylang, run on selene_sim.build() over 8–20 representative rehearsal inputs. Write results to src/data/quantum-results.json as [{input, output}] where output = raw kernel bitstring counts.
4. Execute quantum/run.py ONCE during build. Commit quantum-results.json. No Python at runtime (Cloudflare Workers).

FRONTENDAL (TanStack Start, route /):
- Import quantum-results.json statically.
- Layout: Card (left input picker, 8–20 rehearsal scenarios) → Card (center: visual schedule grid morphed by bitstring noise) → Button ("Regenerate" pulls next shot from JSON, animates schedule shift).
- "Quantum trace" Disclosure: show raw kernel output + toggle to inline quantum/kernel.py source (judges verify genuine Selene sampling).
- Design: dark background, one accent color (deep purple or teal for dance mood), one typeface (Inter or Outfit), tactile Slider micro-interactions on input selection.
- Components: Card, Slider, Tabs, Badge, Button, Disclosure (shadcn/Tailwind).

BUILD ORDER (prevent scope creep):
1. Write quantum/kernel.py (parameterized circuit, 8–20 inputs).
2. Write quantum/run.py (selene_sim.build, Quest, run_shots, JSON output).
3. Execute quantum/run.py; commit quantum-results.json.
4. Build /index.tsx: import JSON, render Card + Slider + Disclosure.
5. Add "Regenerate" button logic (cycle through JSON records).
6. Style dark workspace + accent color.
7. Deploy.

Deliverable: every number on screen traces to real Selene bitstring from quantum/kernel.py.

  - @guppy reads source via inspect.getsource → kernels MUST live in a real .py file on disk. No exec(), no REPL strings, no inline templates.
  - Allowed gate set ONLY: h, rx, ry, rz, cx, tgate, tdg. There is NO native ccx/toffoli, cswap, cphase, or crz — decompose using the snippets in [7].
  - Qubit ownership: a qubit passed to a function is moved. You MUST measure() or discard() every qubit exactly once; never reuse after measure.
  - Angle hygiene before baking a float into generated source:
        theta = ((theta + math.pi) % (2.0 * math.pi)) - math.pi
    and write it with repr: f"... {theta!r} ..."  (str(float) can truncate).
